Job Summary
The Solutions Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and executing complex professional services implementation projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of documentation and stakeholder communication. Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Administration Team Lead, this role serves as a critical link between sales, service delivery, and external partners.
Core Responsibilities
This position requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and documentation standards.
Project Management and Coordination
- Independently manage professional services implementation projects, including new solutions, upgrades, and preventative maintenance services
- Conduct thorough review of sales team handoffs, analyzing services contracts, order details, and shipping terms for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve potential project obstacles proactively
- Interface with external project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
- Coordinate and schedule all project-related communications, including phone calls, meetings, and onsite visits
Documentation and Process Management
Create, modify, and maintain comprehensive project scope documentation and site surveysCollaborate with Solutions Delivery Enablement Manager to develop customized, detailed deployment plans for implementation projectsManage document templating for company-wide services communication and recordsMaintain and update department documentation to align with current software and hardware offeringsEnsure proper cataloging and storage of all project documentation in records management systemsResource Coordination and Partner Management
Coordinate resource allocation across departments, managing both internal teams and external service partnersNegotiate service partner services, including :Service rates and pricing structuresProject timeline and service datesTerms and conditionsManage purchase orders for external partnersCollect and review partner invoicesFinancial Management
Review and process professional services contractsManage parts ordering and shipping logistics when requiredHandle invoice corrections and processingRecognize and record services revenue upon project completionRequired Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent work experienceExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and take direction in a team environmentAttention to detail, a professional attitude, and timely execution of tasks are paramountAbility to adapt to change and prioritize work assignments under pressureAbility to learn and convey technical concepts related to Spectra Logic productsPreferred Technical Qualifications
