This individual will be the monthly face to our customer. You will build a relationship with key contacts informing them of yourservice plans / timing. Install andservicemultiple Microbial Dosing Units (MDUs) in municipal sewer collection systems in municipalities throughout the US. (Please go to our web site : In addition to managing all on-site installation repair maintenance and testing of equipment the person must be able to diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper repair procedures.

Additional responsibilities include inventory management of MDU parts. Ensure accuracy and adequate stock levels at all times to support operations using company inventory management software. Familiarity with SOS inventory software is a definite plus.

We are looking for a self-starter to deliver an ongoing excellent customerserviceexperience. The goal is to driveservicesuccess that improves customer satisfaction maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

This is a full time position with full benefits eventually a company truck laptop and cell phone. Travel is required and on occasion Monday through Friday in a given week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provideserviceand customer support during monthlyfieldvisits and on as-needed installations or emergency dispatches
• Manage all on-site installation repair maintenance and test tasks for assigned customers
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Record compile and reportfieldinformation and data to support project performance and sustainability.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information with In-Pipe
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications and Skills

Provenfieldserviceexperience ideally with municipal / city utilities

Ability to troubleshoot test repair andservicebasic equipment

English literacy

Ability to complete work within specific timelines

While not required familiarity with wastewater collection systems and treatment plant operations is a definite plus

Technical aptitude is required an associates degree or certification a plus

Competency with computer skills hand tools and oral and written communication

MS proficient (Outlook Word Excel)

Clean driving record and a focus on safety first.

Friendly and customer focused

Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Must be able to walk bend and lift up to 75 pounds

PVC Pipe fitting knowledge is a plus but not required
