You’ll be helping homeowners and businesses when they need it most. You’ll be one of the first points of contact when helping people at one of the most challenging times of their life. You’ll lead a team making an impact in the community by restoring properties back to pre-loss condition. This is a stable industry. Restoration services will always be needed when a disaster strikes at someone’s home or business. This means you’ll have a long-term opportunity to use your skills with us at Rainbow Restoration. Respond to emergency calls within the prescribed time frame. Inspect the loss using IR imaging and moisture meters. Document and scope using industry specific apps and floor plan programs. Communicate all required information to all relevant parties. Secure all signed documents that are required before work can commence. Manage restoration projects from initial inspection to completion. Perform restoration projects, including controlled demolition and debris removal, water extraction using truck mounted and portable extraction systems, structural drying using specialized equipment Monitor and document drying progress daily. Adjust equipment and containment as needed to optimize efficiency Manage the maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment Assist in maintaining a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer and carrier requirements Communicate with customers throughout restoration process Inspect job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow Restoration standards You know how to provide exceptional customer service. You show empathy for the customer, you are friendly, and you are always professional in both your appearance and your attitude. You have great attention to detail. This is key to ensuring that the detailed documentation of a loss is accurate and complete. Using the latest systems and technology ensure that we do projects right the first time every time. You are a team leader on board with the companies goals and ambitions. As Lead Technician, you have direct influence on the your team and your peers. You are passionate about helping your team excel and are quick to praise and slow to criticize . -You are dedicated to excellence and ready to step up and help, no matter what. You are positive and have a resilient attitude. You find excitement in the unknown, able to pivot when needed, and are creative in finding solutions. You are on time and do what it takes to get the job done. You are comfortable using hand and power tools and fully understand the science of structural drying. Must hold current IICRC certification Must have TPA experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years of water loss technician Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass annual background checks Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted Must be able to walk / stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. Must be able to wear PPE including respiratory equipment Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls. Must have a successful record leading and inspiring teams. Are you experienced running TPA programs jobs?,

Can you inspect a loss and expertly determine the appropriate course of remediation?
Are you self-motivated, able to manage multiple jobs?
Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment, able to manage time and people to effectively meet deadlines?
Do you have excellent communication skills with supervisors, employees, customers, and adjusters and are able to effectively
manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis?
