Pay : $22- $27 an hour- Full-time

Requirements

• Available to travel 100% of the time
• Al least 1 year of background and formal experience in lake / pond maintenance landscaping commercial mowing turf management pesticide application
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work around bees poison ivy pollen thorns and other environmental risks.
• Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Must comply with Dragonflys policies and procedures.
• Possesses core values compatible with those of Dragonfly Pond Works (Quality Focus Take Ownership Growth Oriented)

Key Responsibilities
