Position Overview :

We are currently seeking RNs to join our team in a Residential Group Home, located in the scenic Boulder / Longmont Area. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. The staffing ratio is 4 : 1, allowing for personalized care and attention.

Job Type : Full-time and Part-time positions available

Shifts : Night shifts offered

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
• Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Compensation : $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
