Pay : $18 / hr

Schedule : Monday & Thursday (part time)

Hours : 5-8 hours per day (between the hours of 9am-5pm)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of an amenity center located in Austin, TX. This position is with an HOA management company that services residential communities and amenity centers.

The Groundskeeper will report directly to the job site each work day. All cleaning supplies and products are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pick up trash and debris from common areas and surrounding grounds.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and mirrors.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.
  • Sweep and maintain cleanliness of the volleyball court 2–3 times per week.
  • Perform light general upkeep as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications :

  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles is a plus but not required.
