Pay : $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Monitors the quality of counseling services provided with educational interventions.

Responsibilities :

Provides direct patient care. Assesses staff clinical performance on a long-term basis and makes recommendations for or against credentialing process.

Monitors client welfare by de-briefing, educating and coaching staff.

Provides verbal and written formative and summary evaluations.

Ensures compliance with relevant legal, ethical and professional standards for clinical practice.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

Master's degree in Behavioral Health related field.

State licensure as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor. Relevant life support certification as determined at position level. Preferred : Certified Clinical Supervisor, Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare provider.

2 years of related experience.
