About Us :

We’re a celebrated restaurant group known for unforgettable dining experiences, chef-driven concepts, and vibrant hospitality. With multiple locations and a reputation for serving great food and attracting great people, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager who can capture the essence of our brand — the dishes, the atmosphere, the stories, and the community that makes it all come together.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Create crave-worthy content : behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, chef spotlights, guest experiences, menu launches, events, and more
  • Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent, on-brand voice
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and guest feedback
  • Stay on top of the latest food, dining, and social trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Work closely with our culinary, marketing, and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and announcements
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to guide ongoing strategy
  • Assist with hosting duties as needed

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years of social media management experience (hospitality or lifestyle brands a plus)
  • Strong photography / videography instincts — you know how to make a dish look irresistible
  • Skilled in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok) and comfortable capturing content in busy restaurant environments
  • Excellent writing skills with a fun, approachable tone
  • Familiarity with social analytics and social management tools
  • A natural storyteller with an eye for detail and design
  • Ability to multitask across multiple venues and deadlines

  • Experience with paid social campaigns
  • Graphic design or video editing skills
  • Influencer outreach or partnership experience
