Overview :
This programming team works fully remote and plays a key role in managing and delivering AV control solutions across a high volume of simultaneous projects. Candidates must be strong communicators, capable of working closely with field teams and project leadership. Priority technologies are :
- Primary : Crestron (HEAVY emphasis)
- Secondary : QSC / QSYS
- Tertiary : Extron
Core Responsibilities :
Program medium to large Crestron systems including video distribution (NVX), conference rooms, training / event spaces, and video wallsSupport nationwide AV programming needs across all branchesCoordinate and communicate directly with Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Team LeadsProvide remote commissioning and troubleshooting supportMaintain consistent documentation and version control of programming filesBase Technical Requirements :
Proficiency in Crestron Simpl / SimplExperience with QSYS scripting and audio configurationFamiliarity with Extron GCP and scripting toolsAbility to commission AV systems with minimal oversightAdvanced Programming Skills (Preferred) :
Crestron C# and HTML5 development within Visual StudioLua scripting in QSC QSYSJavaScript programming in Extron Scripting ManagerMulti-platform programming expertise for scalable commercial solutionsCertifications (Required & Preferred) :
Minimum : Crestron CP- certificationPreferred : Crestron Master Programmer SilverQSYS Level 1 Quantum Control Level 1Biamp Tesira certificationDante Level 1 & 2 certificationExperience Expectations (Based on Location) :
Remote Candidates :
10 years in the AV industry, including installation and on-site commissioning experienceProven ability to support field teams remotely and lead programming efforts independentlyWillingness to travel occasionally for system commissioning or field supportLocal Candidates (within 1 hour of branch) :
