About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, People Experience to join their team. The SVP will be instrumental in shaping and executing a progressive team strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals and core values. This includes overseeing all HR functions such as strategic workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, coaching, employee engagement, and organizational design. The successful candidate will be a culture champion, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a purpose-driven, high-performance culture. Key responsibilities for the SVP include leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational health and change management, and driving data-informed HR planning. The role also involves full-cycle recruitment, fostering a culture of coaching and continuous training, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred), SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in a financial institution, including managing HR functions and labor laws for California employees. The role requires a leader with a strong background in talent development, at least 3 years of experience in overseeing payroll, and previous multi-state experience. The SVP will be responsible for leading HR technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives, and must be adept at driving operational efficiency across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading change, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the team is aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
