Essential Functions

• Support the planning and execution of Odyssey’s Reserving Strategy across the Odyssey Group Companies globally; Odyssey Re, Hudson, Newline.
• Improve the Reserving Process for Odyssey Global Reserving by partnering with various global actuarial leaders to design and develop new ways to review reserves.
• Review (re)insurance transactions from an actuarial, capital, solvency, and profitability standpoint.
• Understand all underlying factors that contribute to Company performance.
• Provide support and input on the Annual Statement Process, Schedule P, and Quarter Close Process and IFRS 17 for Odyssey Group.
