Automotive Service Writer

Position Overview : The Automotive Service Writer acts as a liaison between customers and the service department. Basic Duties and Responsibilities : Compiling all service requests and requirements from customers about their vehicles. Estimating the full cost of service and repair, as well as approximate repair time. Offering recommendations and / or solutions to the customer about their vehicle’s service or repair needs. Jobs Requirements : Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record. Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and various shifts.
