In this role you will lead an HR department of four professionals and oversee all core people operations functions including talent acquisition onboarding and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) around hiring performance management and termination processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Additionally you will play a key role in post-merger integrationhelping to align cultures standardize HR practices and ensure smooth transitions as new employees join the company following M&A events. As part of a fast-growing IT consulting company youll collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to support a scalable high-performance workforce.

Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of Director-level or higher experience leading an HR department within a technical organization (e.g. IT services cybersecurity SaaS or telecommunications).
