Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Java 11 or higher and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and maintaining applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including CI / CD, resiliency, security, and testing best practices.
  • Experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
