Responsible for leading projects involving acquisitions and divestitures, deal sourcing, and monetization of underutilized assets.

About the Role :

• Source and analyze real estate acquisition and disposition opportunities
• Provide tailored solutions and proposals based on client requirements
• Conduct investment analysis and prepare marketing materials including teasers, proposals, and information memorandums (IMs)
• Manage end-to-end marketing processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and other related tasks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks
