Associate Attorney

Bagen Law is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team, preferably with litigation or negotiation experience in Personal Injury law.

What You'll Do :

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution via mediation or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements (a significant plus!).
• Maintain client communication and manage case files.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
