ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time, 40 hours a week, LPN . The successful candidate will support the area in and around Dover / Smyrna / Frederica / Townsend and the surrounding area; work day shift hours, 2 holidays a year, and weekend and on-call shifts dependent upon business need.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Must be IV proficient, upon hire we will train new staff and expect proficiency at 90 days.
• Develop and implement care plans, which are goal oriented and patient centered and consistent with available resources.
• Develop plan for discharge of patients.

Hourly Pay Range : $25.52 - $38.28

This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
