job_description.job_card.job_descriptionKey Responsibilities : Greet and assist patients and visitors as they arrive at the hospital. Provide valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized valet area to ensure an efficient workflow. Monitor traffic flow within the valet area and direct vehicles accordingly. Assist guests with their walkers and any special requests they may have. Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles, including performing routine inspections. Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking transactions. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and security. Respond to inquiries from patients and visitors regarding hospital services and directions. Work collaboratively with other hospital departments and staff to assist in overall visitor experience. Report any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to the Parking Services Manager promptly. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less on driving record; ability to operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with valet parking. Benefits : Competitive pay plus tips.
