This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a licensed architect, professional engineer, or certified construction manager with LEED accreditation. You will take the reins of complex, multi-project programs - managing scope, funding, scheduling, and compliance while championing value engineering and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities : - Lead project planning and development across engineering, construction, and technical support.- Oversee program schedules, budgets, funding allocations, and closeout procedures.- Manage program planners, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.- Develop and execute funding strategies, including leveraging grants and partnerships.- Conduct value engineering and mitigate cost overruns.- Produce executive reports and participate in litigation support when needed.- Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness, policies, and reporting practices.- Facilitate community engagement and stakeholder communication on high-profile projects.- Mediate project conflicts and participate in change order and contract negotiations.- Provide mentorship and document lessons learned to continually improve team performance.
