We are currently hiring a Medical Assistant based in Worcester. This position works with team members to provide high quality, safe, evidence-based care to pediatric and adult patients.

Salary Range : $20.00-24.00 / Hour
- All Pay Rates are subject to Experience, License or Certification and Location
Essential Functions :
Performs Office Visit Planning / reviews EHR prior to the start of the session and is part of a pre-visit huddle with team membersMaintains a clean, orderly and safe environment for patients and visitors. Ensures exam rooms are kept clean, organized, and fully stockedPerforms point-of-care testing, clinical procedures, and assessments according to Health Center policies and proceduresPrepares patients for examinations, procedures, and treatmentsAssists providers and nurses in the collection, processing, and tracking of formsIn collaboration with providers and the nurse manager, works with patient data to follow-up and track patient resultsMeets compliance and regulatory standardsParticipates in practice- and organization-wide training and quality improvement initiatives.Please note this position may require evening, weekend and / or holiday shifts on a rotating basis.Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of a Medical AssistantCPR certificationOur health center requires all employees to have the most recent COVID-19 booster and the yearly flu vaccine.Benefits :
