Security Officer - Unarmed Cre Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrol Driver in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $11.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 01 : 00 PM - 08 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 01 : 00 PM - 08 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 01 : 00 PM - 08 : 00 PM

Thursday : 01 : 00 PM - 08 : 00 PM

Friday : 01 : 00 PM - 08 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Work collaboratively with property management and / or tenants to address security-related concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and / or exits during patrols.
  • Remain alert and prepared to respond to site-specific emergencies or requests for assistance as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
