Job Summary

The Community Marketing Agent works (face-to-face) with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations and act as a lead generator for our sales team. In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

No travel required outside of the home sites area

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Sales and / or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
