As a Payroll Specialist at Comprehensive Payroll Company, you'll become the maestro of 3rd party payrolls, orchestrating seamless processing for our diverse client base. Your day will be filled with dynamic responsibilities as you manage your own roster of daily assigned clients, ensuring each one receives personalized attention and expert care. The role will include the following duties : Answering phones and greet any clients or visitors to the office Assisting with email inquiries / issues Ensuring confidentiality of all data Data entry Scanning and filing of documents Assisting other payroll processors as needed Packaging payrolls for delivery Compiling payroll data, and entering data, along with reconciling errors, to maintain payroll records, using computer or calculator. Start to finish payroll processing for designated client list Reviewing wages computed and correcting errors to ensure accuracy of payroll. Preparing periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions as needed. Working with various time systems and imports Learning how to troubleshoot more complex payroll issues Assisting in set up of add on services such as leave accruals, exports, reporting, etc. Preparing and printing of checks and reports Maintaining excellent customer service, and professionalism with all staff and clients.
