Junior IT Support Specialist

Job Summary :

SHADOW is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in supporting our employees maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring data security through reliable backups and routine system monitoring. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in troubleshooting managing system performance and providing exceptional support to users across various platforms and hold 1-2 year of experience within a similar role.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Providing User Support

• Assist employees with technical issues via email Zoom or Google Meet.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps including software installations updates and configurations.
• Deliver clear and supportive guidance to ensure employees feel empowered with their IT tools.
