HVAC Project Manager

Join a leading established HVAC contractor focused on raising the industry standard. The Par Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex HVAC installation projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Key responsibilities include :

• Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of project plans and specifications.
• Orchestrate and manage the activities of field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and other building trades.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives, including owners, executives, managers, and field superintendents.
• Administer the review, submission, and distribution of all technical project documentation (submittals, IOMs, reports, etc.).
• Manage project financials, including the monthly review of billings, payments, and change order documentation.
• Compose and administer contract change documents to accurately reflect project evolution.

Qualifications :

We are looking for an individual with a deep, hands-on understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for achieving industry excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $60,000-$100,000
