Amplify's People team is looking for a People Strategy Lead. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for owning strategic initiatives for the People function, driving alignment and execution of cross-functional projects, and managing critical ongoing operations for the team (such as annual goals, budgeting, key metric reporting, leadership / staff agendas and updates, and program calendars).

Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable impact. They also have experience designing and executing organizational initiatives, turning senior internal stakeholders into champions while maintaining momentum across disparate workstreams.

The work of the People Strategy Lead to drive alignment, accountability, and excellence across our People programs will have a direct influence on Amplify's mission to create beautiful and impactful educational experiences for all students in grades K-12.

What We Offer :

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
