Manager, Instructional Design

A company is looking for a Manager, L&C Instructional Design. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of instructional designers for customer-facing and internal learning content Build and evolve an instructional design strategy aligned with product launches and customer education needs Oversee the development and improvement of training curricula and support internal learning programs Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or educational content creation 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management Experience designing for both external audiences and internal stakeholders Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
