From the first click through post-purchase, you'll ensure every job seeker has a relevant, guided experience.

This role combines strategy and execution with direct business impact. You'll use data, research, and experimentation to segment users by their needs, whether by geography, job type, or intent, and deliver experiences that feel customized and intuitive. You'll partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to bring these journeys to life, while collaborating with our Content Technology team to connect personalization with next-generation, LLM, and AI-powered features.

This position works within the Customer Experience organization whose job it is to help millions of job seekers each year take the first step toward landing their next job. We combine human-centered design with cutting-edge technology to deliver experiences that are simple, personalized, and effectiveempowering users to stand out in their job search. What You'll Do

• Use data and research to identify user needs and pain points by geography, background, intent, and behavior, creating differentiated experiences that improve conversion and retention.
• Partner with platform engineering teams to design scalable systems (e.g., personalization frameworks) that dynamically tailor experiences based on multiple inputs such as job intent, geography, or uploaded resumes.
• Collaborate with Business Development and strategic partners to design and deliver co-branded or integrated user journeys that extend BOLD's personalization capabilities into partner ecosystems.
• Own the roadmap by developing and prioritizing hypotheses at key funnel moments (e.g., template selection, resume upload) to improve user segmentation and personalization.
• Work with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate AI and LLM-powered features into tailored guidance and recommendations.
• Translate complex personalization requirements into clear specifications for Design and Engineering, balancing flexibility, scalability, and speed of delivery.
• Create and analyze A / B tests to validate personalized experiences, optimize conversion rates, and inform long-term platform development.

Starting pay range

$120,000$170,000 USD

Pay Transparency

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
