Are you looking for a fast paced environment where your communication skills are key? If so then we have a great Dispatching opportunity you should hear more about! In this role you will be taking inbound calls from current customers and also communicating with technicians and other departments in regards to scheduling service call. You will also be reaching out to customers after services have been provided to ensure the job was completed successfully.

The job duties include :

• Coordinate with production and yard personnel to establish delivery schedules according to factors such as truck capacities, distances to delivery site, and unloading times
• Serve as a client contact for current customers.
• Generate invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents
• Research and react to customer questions and complaints, while offering solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from client regarding services.
