Indic Group Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager  to lead and manage the accounting operations across all company locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and experienced in multi-entity financial management.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Accounts Receivable (A / R)

  • Oversee A / R reports for all branches
  • Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances
  • Collaborate with branch managers on biweekly A / R reviews
  • Enforce credit holds on delinquent accounts
  • Notify department managers of credit hold statuses

Accounts Payable (A / P)

  • Manage A / P reports across locations
  • Conduct biweekly reviews with branch managers
  • Process floor plan payments upon vehicle sales (DLL, Wells Fargo, FBB)
  • Print and distribute checks for outgoing payments
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and chase outstanding credits
  • Enter and match parts bills with receipts
  • Submit monthly sales tax and license plate fees for LSV units
  • Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly reconciliations : credit cards, bank accounts, petty cash, fuel cards
  • Handle daily reconciliations : credit card transactions, deposits, ACH / EFT payments
  • Payroll Support

  • Assist weekly payroll processing including taxes, child support, 401(k), and form 901
  • Compliance Oversight

  • Review and maintain compliance documentation (OPTS / Real Page, Vendor Shield, Ariba, etc.)
  • Financial Analysis & Branch Support

  • Conduct financial reviews with branch managers
  • Perform credit verifications and budget planning
  • Analyze gross profit margins and company expenses
  • Generate customer acquisition and performance reports
  • General Ledger & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate G / L coding across all accounts
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports
  • File sales tax and reconcile banking / credit card accounts
  • Systems & Training

  • Provide NetSuite training and support to staff
  • Invoice & Paperwork Management

  • Ensure timely invoice delivery with correct terms
  • Maintain organized and compliant paperwork systems
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting leadership
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in multi-location or automotive industry a plus
  • Schedule : In office, Monday through Friday
