Key Responsibilities Lead the vision and execution strategy for the Experience Platform and Resident Onboarding product pods Mentor and develop product managers while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance resident outcomes and ensure seamless onboarding experiences Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms or B2B2C products Deep expertise in leading product managers and delivering high-quality web / mobile experiences Proven track record of collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams Strategic thinker with a focus on user empathy and data-driven decision-making Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
