About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to spearhead its enterprise revenue and narrative strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both institutional and individual fundraising, stewarding the brand, and leading strategic communications. This role is pivotal in partnering with programs to develop market strategies for philanthropic services. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in institutional fundraising with integrated strategic communications, a proven track record in revenue delivery, and experience in team and system leadership, particularly in a dynamic or rebuilding context.
