Duties :

• Participate in warehouse / contents process cleaning.
• Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 70-75 pounds).
• Driving to project sites.
• Inventory of furniture / contents prior to moving.
• Inspect furniture / contents and reporting damage prior to moving.
• Wrapping furniture.
• Loading and unloading of truck.
• Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property.
• Inventory and labeling of personal property.
• Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of structures.
• Operating mechanical equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment (safety and cleanliness).
• Each day may be different so need to be adaptable. Work longer hours when a job needs to be completed that day.
• Moving packed contents (furniture and boxes) into storage
• Weekend On call rotation

Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
