individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler.
Job Description : As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our
clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and
ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional
manner
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple professionalsConfirming and reminding clients of their appointmentsUpdating and maintaining client records in our databaseHandling any scheduling conflicts or changes with a positive attitudeCollaborating with other team members to ensure smooth office operationsQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be aplus
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred1 year of customer service or support experienceAbility to motivate and influence clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills1 year minimum experience using MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, OutlookCalendar, SalesForce and Calendly (or similiar platforms)
Ability to multitask and work under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBenefits :
