Clinical Director - Behavioral Health

Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD . They are actively seeking an executive level Clinical Director to join the company, ensure quality care based on evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance.

Role :

• Ensure quality of patient care is optimum
• Supervise and train program directors.
• Responsible for recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
• Manage the budget, planning, reporting, and auditing
• Meet established program targets through census maintenance and service delivery.
• Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.
