Responsibilities

The League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) is a governmental risk pool served by Berkley Administrators Co., LLC. This role primarily supports LMCIT business. Responsibilities include setting up new policies following contractual rules and regulations, issuing new and renewal policies, issuing policy endorsements, responding to all agent / customer requests, offering renewals to current policy holders, and analyzing incoming correspondence. Responsible for prompt and accurate customer service.

Customer Service

• Comply with contractual rules
• Answer all types of customer telephone calls
• Analyze correspondence to determine action needed
• Prepare correspondence and do follow up if necessary
