At Farmer Brothers, our Revive™ Service & Restoration experts are the leaders in tea and coffee brewing equipment services. As a Field Equipment Service Specialist, get ready to dive into a role filled with installations, maintenance, and essential emergency responses.

Work-Life Harmony

Work Days : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
Be prepared for on-call duties, inclusively covering weekends.

Your Key Adventures

Travel within a manageable 100-mile radius; occasional regional journeys.

Install, repair, and remove advanced coffee and beverage dispensing units.

Attend to unexpected service requests and uphold exceptional maintenance standards.

Manage your parts inventory, ensuring each service call concludes with precision and success.

Forge strong customer communication and feedback loops to enhance our services.

What We Seek

Completed high school education or GED.

3+ years of technical and mechanical wizardry.

Experience with foodservice, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus.

Commitment to duties such as lifting up to 60 lbs and impeccable driving ethics.
