The Certified Medical Assistant or LPN provides assistance to the physicians and practitioners with patient care administrative environmental and organizational ideal candidate will be detail oriented compassionate and enthusiastic about providing top notch care to our patients.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm 8 hour shifts
No weekends evenings or holidays!

Greets patients and assists with patient flow;Administers medications performs procedures directed by physician and practitionersAssists with preparatory activities such as taking and documenting vital signs including blood pressure pulse temperature height and weight and communicates abnormalities to physician or practitioner;Reviews and documents patient medical history including medications allergies and medical alerts documents in the electronic medical record;Contact patients with lab and test results and indicates required follow-up as directed;Documents all medical contacts;Assists physician and practitioners with relaying instructions to patients and families;Replenishes supplies and removes biohazard waste from patient rooms as directed;Maintains any necessary logs;Participates in professional development activities to keep current with job responsibilities;Follow all health care privacy and safety rules and adheres to Dayton Physicians Core Values;Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
Current CMA certification from an accredited program or active LPN license in the state of Ohio2-4 years experience is preferred.Current CPR certification if not it must be obtained within 60 days of employment and kept current thereafter.Key Skills
