Key Responsibilities Sourcing and attracting technical talent through various platforms Screening and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics Required Qualifications At least 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or IT staffing Comfort with technical concepts and understanding of software development and related fields Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
