Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include :

• 2–5 years of architectural experience with strong design and 3D rendering skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with any 3D rendering software (flexible to your preferred tools)
• Collaborate closely with external architects and internal teams to bring design concepts to life
• Work on construction drawings, design details, elevations, and floor plans
• Assist in high-end residential and commercial finish-out project planning and execution
• Must be willing to travel to California approximately once a month (all expenses covered)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• No architectural license required, but detail-oriented design capabilities are essential

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
