Social Media Manager
Scope Markets is a rapidly expanding Group of companies providing online trading services, with regulated entities and operational hubs around the world. Scope Markets aims to provide the best-in-class trading infrastructure to cater to the needs of all types of clients from the beginners to the very ultimate institutional traders. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our Scope Prime brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analysing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.
How You Can Make a Difference
Social Media Strategy & Execution :
- Assist in developing and executing social strategies for Arabic channels of Scope Markets, Scope Prime, and Rostro Group across platforms like X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and more.
- Partner with Brand and Paid Marketing teams to craft and implement advertising strategies tailored for regional MENA social channels.
Creative Content Development :
Collaborate with the Design team to produce eye-catching visuals and templates for posts, including video, text, and imagery.Ideate, create, and schedule engaging social content that aligns with weekly marketing objectives and resonates with our audience.Customer Understanding :
Analyse and understand our target audience, identifying their needs and preferences to create content that adds value and fosters engagement.Performance Measurement :
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.Continuously test and optimize content to drive growth and achieve business objectives.Requirements
Arabic language fluency (written and spoken). Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, their audiences, and growth opportunities.Experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.Familiarity with commissioning and developing creative assets for social media.Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Skills and Competencies
3+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally within investment or fintech industries.Exceptional social copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail.Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, using data to inform decisions.Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on paid social channels and customer acquisition.Strong analytical skills to distil data into actionable insights. Market research experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.Passion for trading, investments, and digital communications.Personal Specifications
