Best Buy has openings in Richfield, MN, for a Machine Learning Scientist position. Develop machine learning solutions and services leveraging state-of-the-art techniques. Utilize broad and deep knowledge of machine learning and software engineering to contribute to the roadmap of Best Buy's core machine learning capabilities. Research, develop, and apply cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to build innovative technologies, services, and products that solve the company's hardest problems and accelerate Best Buy's core growth. Multiple positions available. Requires Master's deg. or equiv. frgn. deg. in Mech. Eng., Comp. Sci., Software Eng., or Elec. & Comp. Eng. Requires at least 2 yrs of exp. (1) building ML and / or AI driven products; (2) data science / analytics programming languages (Python, R, and / or Julia); (3) supervised and unsupervised learning methods. This exp. also includes at least 1 yr. of exp. building production grade ML models using one or more deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet, or ONNX). $, / year-$, / year.
