Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Member of HK central tech team's application support team, to manage tech debt and provide application support.
• Critical to the ongoing support of DBS HK on Open API, credit card and unsecured loan related areas.
• Weekly cadence for related application status
• Coordinate release management and identify dependencies for upcoming and downstream.
• Work closely with regional team to resolve issues
