Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, under the direct supervision of a physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Perform medical work in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients in the Nephrology clinic and chronic dialysis unit.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR.
