Managing Director – Huntington Learning Center

We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and people-focused Managing Director to lead our Evansville team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of families while developing and motivating a team.

What You’ll Do :

As Managing Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our K-12 learning center and lead with heart and purpose. You’ll play a key role in shaping students’ academic success and mentoring your staff toward excellence.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Oversee student programs and assess academic progress.
  • Conduct monthly parent conferences and maintain strong family communication.
  • Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to support student goals.
  • Administer evaluations and create personalized learning plans.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a team of dedicated educators.
  • Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and lead conversion.
  • Maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in education, sales, or business management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy, positivity, and a passion for student success.
  • Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • Hours for this position are typically Monday-Thursday 12 : 00pm-8 : 00pm, and Saturdays 9 : 00am-2 : 00pm.
