About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead the financial management, control, and performance functions for Transdev U.S. Reporting to the CFO, this role plays a key part in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance and transparency, and enabling sound business decisions across our diverse portfolio of transit operations.

The VP, Corporate Finance, serves as a key deputy to the CFO, providing leadership across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Risk, and Financial Systems. This leader will oversee critical financial processes and help drive a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and financial discipline.
