Front Desk Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the Front Desk Agent position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests; during check-in throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

We require that you have background, consisting of college course work in related field and / or experience in a hotel or resort helpful.

Additional required skills include :

  • Computer experience required
