Responsibilities

Classification : Exempt /  Non-Bargaining

Location : Position may be located in Manchester, NH

  • Risk assessments : Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and devise appropriate security measures
  • Security tools : Evaluating new security tools and technologies
  • Installation :  Installing and configuring security systems, including access control devices, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
  • Maintenance :  Performing routine maintenance on security systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and updating software. Assist with the development of security maintenance programs for systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting :  Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with security systems.
  • Repair :  Repairing and replacing faulty components in security systems.
  • Testing :  Testing the functionality of security systems after installation and maintenance.
  • Documentation :  Maintaining accurate records of system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Training :  Training users on how to operate and maintain security systems.
  • System Integration :  Assisting with the integration of security systems with other technologies.
  • Compliance : Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards; including SAS and SOX audits and certifications and Department of Homeland Security standards

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or +5 years experience in a security installation and systems is preferred.
  • Experience : +5 years experience = with CCTV, alarm systems or corporate Security Systems (such as CCure and Access It) installation, programming and maint is required.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams etc.) and related software and basic networking knowledge.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve environmental issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Other : Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices, and waste management techniques.

    • Physical Demands :

  • May involve some physical activity, such as walking, standing, and lifting.
  • May require working / travel in various weather conditions.

    • Working Conditions :

  • May involve working in an office environment, as well as outdoors or in a facility.
  • May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the specific requirements of the job.

    • Salary

    Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience) : $52,086 – $78,932
