What You Will Need to Succeed :

  • Proven experience managing a high-dollar program, project, or contract (over $200 million lifecycle).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and coordinate planning and implementation of project activities.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Experience addressing operational concerns, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, and analyzing training needs.
  • Knowledge of records management; Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate program functions.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years comprehensive program management experience
  • 5 years comprehensive program management experience on a government contract
  • Experience overseeing $200 million dollars / + in a single contract value
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Manufacturing Management Background
  • Additional Preferred Skills :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Experience working in environments with ISO and CMMI certifications.
  • Ability to motivate a large workforce (500+) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Lean environments.
  • Collaborate with analytics to apply appropriate resources while maintaining high quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Monitor schedules, risk management, performance metrics, and cost control.
  • Develop and execute program strategies to drive contract expansion and future business growth.
  • Prepare and present program reviews, reports, and updates to senior leadership both internal to Brillient and to the client.
