Position Summary :

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Agile’s largest and most strategic accounts to achieve retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction goals. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring that account needs are met through collaboration with internal teams. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, bridging client expectations with Agile’s service delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of the largest, most complex accounts by developing strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and proactively present additional services to expand the relationship and increase share of wallet.
  • Track and report on account growth, retention rates, churn, and service utilization; develop action plans for accounts with declining performance.
  • Design and implement account-specific strategies to strengthen partnerships and address unique customer needs, including underutilized services.
  • Work closely with Operations, Clinic, and Ancillary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and rapid resolution of client concerns.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) to capture all account activities, track performance against goals, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations, quarterly business reviews, and stewardship meetings that demonstrate Agile’s value and results.
  • Complete RFPs and manage submissions in collaboration with Sales Operations and other internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare annual and bi-annual business plans for each major account, identifying key growth initiatives, service expansion opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Represent Agile at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to strengthen brand visibility and client relationships.
  • Stay informed on occupational medicine trends, competitor offerings, and client industry developments to anticipate needs and adapt account strategies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in healthcare, occupational medicine, or a related service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving account retention and growth targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Apollo / Zoho a plus.
  • Ability to travel within assigned market up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Salary :

    Base salary $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually + bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
